SERVING 12pm - 6PM ONE COURSE £9 TWO COURSES £12 THREE COURSES £15 This menu changes every week but always has two roasts of which one is always beef! Starters Homemade leek and potato soup with a Staffordshire Organic cheese crouton served with crusty bread from John\'s mum\'s bakery at Amerton Farm Chicken liver and cranberry pate served with homemade tomato chutney and toast The Yorkshireman prawn and rocket cocktail Sesame seed and cajun spiced chicken thigh served with homemade coleslaw and garlic dip Melon, orange and raspberry cocktail Pan fried button mushrooms finished with garlic and cream served on a crostini Warm mackerel fillet served on toast with tomato salsa Mains Rare roast topside of Hereford beef from Eric Holsley, Woodmill Farm, Yoxall served with Yorkshire pudding and a rich gravy Roast shoulder of lamb from Sam Mellor, Windycote Farm, Cellarhead served with a rich gravy Our roast are served with mashed potato, roast potatoes, roast carrots, cauliflower cheese and courgettes Tomato, olive and mozzarella savoury bread and butter pudding with rocket and shaved parmesan Homemade Staffordhsire beefburger with Staffordshire Organic cheese and bacon, served with hand cut chips and onion jam Homecooked ham, hand cut chips and two free range eggs Crepes stuffed with wild mushroom and cream sauce topped with Staffordshire Organic cheese with tomato parmentier potatoes D-cut gammon steak with hand cut chips, free range egg and char grilled fresh pineapple Homemade salmon and coley fishcakes served with a green salad and lemon mayonnaise Grilled fillet of seabass with Beurre Blanc sauce, crushed lemon and parsley new potatoes with rocket salad Desserts The Yorkshireman creme brulee served with homemade cinnamon shortbread White chocolate and butterscotch sundae Individual bread and butter pudding served with ice cream A trio of desserts; quenelle of chocolate mousse, warm chocolate brownie and Staffordshire strawberries and cream Amerton Farm Bakery\'s apple and blackcurrant pie served with vanilla custard The Yorkshireman cheeseboard £1.50 supplement
