Rare roast topside of Hereford beef from Eric Holsley, Woodmill Farm, Yoxall served with Yorkshire pudding and a rich gravy
Roast shoulder of lamb from Sam Mellor, Windycote Farm, Cellarhead served with a rich gravy
Our roast are served with mashed potato, roast potatoes, roast carrots, cauliflower cheese and courgettes

Homemade Staffordhsire beefburger with Staffordshire Organic cheese and bacon, served with hand cut chips and onion jam
